Cancellation Policy

At Botanic Ave., we appreciate the value of our client’s time, and in return, welcome your mutual respect for ours along with other clients. Taking this in mind, Botanic Ave. has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that fall within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will result in 50% of the total fee. Failure to attend your Naturopath or Nutrition Consultation will result in booking forfeit and 100% of the fee.

Appointment Changes

Clients may re-schedule their Consultation up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment at clientsupport@botanicave.com. Re-scheduling appointments that fall within 24 hours prior to the consultation will be based on the clients discretion, and may result in 50% of the fee. Failure to attend a Naturopath or Nutrition Consultation will result in a booking forfeit of 100% of the fee.  

If for any reason a practitioner cannot attend an appointment due sickness or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be advised as soon as possible. Botanic Ave. offers the client option to re-schedule or a full refund.
