Through education on how to best regain connection with nature and themselves, using scientific & traditional research of natural therapies. We do not intend or claim to diagnose or treat any health condition. Please consult with your medical practitioner for all diagnoses.

Miranda Lind completed her qualification at Endeavour College of Natural Health, and currently a practitioner within the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA).

Botanic Ave. understands and applies the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Botanic Avenue follows the requirements of the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy, ensuring security and safety of all personal details.
Code of Conduct
Miranda Lind, Naturopath at Botanic Ave. understands that health practitioners not within the ambit of the Australian Health Practitioners’ Regulation (AHPRA) must follow the Code of Conduct.
Payment Terms
Purchasing a service or product from Botanic Ave. involves collection of certain payment and billing data by our third party partners. Data collected may include but is not limited to your name, credit card number, security code, expiration date, billing address and postcode.
Service Policies
Booking Policy
Bookings for Naturopathic consultations & Infrared Sauna sessions can be done by phone or online via the bookings page, Australian booking service Simple Clinic. A confirmation email and SMS appointment reminders will be sent within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Upon booking, payment is required and certain payment and billing data will be collected by our third-party partners.
Pricing Policy
Pricing of services may change at any time, and discounted consultations are only available at the lower price during the detailed time of sale.
Cancellation Policy
At Botanic Ave., we strongly value our client’s time, thus appreciate your mutual respect for ours along with other clients. Taking this in mind, Botanic Ave. has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that fall within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will result in 50% of the total fee.
Appointment Changes
Clients may re-schedule Naturopathic consultations & Infrared sauna sessions up to 12 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Please contact us directly for appointment changes. Re-scheduling appointments that fall within 12 hours prior to the consultation will be based on the clients discretion, and may result in 50% of the fee. Failure to attend an appointment will unfortunately result in 100% of the fee.
If for any reason a practitioner cannot attend an appointment due sickness or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be advised as soon as possible. Botanic Ave. offers the client option to re-schedule or a full refund.
Client Intake Forms
Botanic Ave. kindly request new clients complete the Initial Client Intake form for both Naturopath consultations and Infrared sauna sessions 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Client Intake forms will be emailed to clients at the time of booking an initial appointment. In the case when an intake form is not completed prior to the scheduled appointment, it will need to be completed during a consultation at the expense of their own consultation. With consideration and respect for our practitioners and other clients, no extra time will be allocated to compensate for lost time and full consultation fees will be charged.
Consultation Etiquette
At Botanic Ave., we kindly ask that you please have respect for our staff, facilities and processes at all times. We ask that you please return required Initial Client Intake forms 24 hours before your appointment and arrive 5-10 minutes early. This will ensure your Naturopath consultation or Infrared sauna session will run for the full allocated time, as additional time will not be offered to late arrivals, and 100% of the service fee will be charged.
Behaviour
Botanic Ave. will not accept or tolerate any form of aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, comments, or gestures. At the discretion of the practitioner, the consultation will be end immediately and the client will incur 100% of the fee.
